Warranty Repair Service – Warranty repairs are completed following the warranty guidelines for each manufacturer.
Non-Warranty Repair Service – Repairs are done to keep the tools operating at manufacturer specifications while keeping the costs to a minimum.
All unprepared tools will be returned in pieces, unless the customer specifies that they would like the tool reassembled.
All estimated tools held for more than 30 days - will be scrapped.
All repaired tools are stamped with a 6 digit tracking number. We use the tracking number to identity the tool and keep specific service related information.
Important to Note - We ask that each item is individually tagged with your name, model #, and brief description of the problem, and your contact/shipping information if you are a new customer. To insure that we provide the best service, please make it clear on your tag what you are requesting (Repair, Estimate, Warranty). Please remove any none essential accessory i.e., hoses, air fittings, abrasive disc. Because estimates slow down our 24 hour turn-around, we prefer to be given a repair $ cap to work with.
Please download and use our Service Log for you internal tracking records of all the tools you are sending out for service. Also, we have a simple copy of a packing slip that is helpful to the service center your are sending your tools to be able to better serve you.
Our repairs are warranted for 90 days.

There is a $25.00 charge for all NSF checks.
